Breakfast ideas

"Whole30 Breakfast" is the same as Whole30 lunch or Whole30 dinner. Protein, fat and vegetables. Eat whatever you would eat at other meals. If you want ideas you can try this thread on the forum:

If you're usuing avocado as your fat, you'll want more like a half to a whole avo, not just a slice.... :)
