Kris3saldivar Posted October 17, 2017 Share Posted October 17, 2017 I am anxious to say the least. It’s been 3 years since my twin pregnancy and I am back to post pregnancy weight. Been struggling with diet and exercise for a year now ever since my back injury. I haven’t been eating well for the past 6 months. I hope this helps my sleeping habits as well.
