fire_flower
Hi all, I rocked the first 2/3 of Day 1, but slipped up when preparing a snack for my toddler (who is not participating). Without thinking, after chopping up her oatmeal muffin, I instinctively licked the crumbs from my finger. I feel really guilty about it - I was doing SO WELL - do I start over tomorrow and consider that Day 1? Fellow parents - how do you handle preparing meals for those that aren't also participating in your whole 30? Any advice you have for me is welcome. Administrators ladyshanny Posted October 18, 2017 Administrators Share Posted October 18, 2017 Take a read of the "Do I have to start over" article and make that decision. While not a parent, I cook for people not on the program. You just become more aware of what your hand and your mouth are doing. Turn off the subconscious and become conscious of your hand bringing food to your mouth.
fire_flower
Thank you - I've decided to start over. Going with answer #2 - because I made a commitment to myself!
