habitualpurpose Posted November 26, 2012 Share Posted November 26, 2012 Hi all! I've decided to jump on the bandwagon again tomorrow morning and take it through Dec 23rd for a total of 28 days. Since my last Whole30 (45) I've deviated just a little bit. I've had some organic heavy whipping cream in my coffee, occasional dark chocolate, not stressed too much when out to eat and even had a little grain during Thanksgiving (had to have a couple bites of my grandmother's stuffing recipe). I figure now is a good time to tighten the reins before Christmas Eve/Christmas arrives on my doorstep. I'll be logging my journey here as I've found that quite helpful the last two rounds. Cheers!
