I'd like to get some feedback on what you think I should eat before I go to this workout and how long before I go to the workout I should eat it. The work out is a Zumba class and it's at 630pm. She was exhausted afterwards. Eat a banana or a sweet potato if you really think you need something. Water is probably more important! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Robin Strathdee Posted November 26, 2012 Share Posted November 26, 2012 If it were me, I'd have some fat + protein 30 minutes before. Maybe some nuts or nut butter? Or some compliant deli meat?
