Xandra
Papaya is a new fruit for me, so I thought I would try one. Wasn't expecting all those black caviar seeds to come out, but a quick search online said they are edible and some people use them for a "cleanse", whatever that means. So I ate a spoonful of them. A little bitter and tingly, I didn't like them and tossed the rest. Anyone else eat them?
Susan W
I tried them once because they were so pretty. Blech. I now toss them along with the spag squash seeds.
jennrider
I tossed a bunch of squash seeds into an empty spot in my garden. Now I'm growing squash. Too early to tell what kind.

Breezygoat
Yeah...papaya seeds. I was told they are great for cleansing and getting rid of parasites. I believe it now. I put them in my family's smoothies one morning (PreW30) and it tasted like drinking a rubber fire! And we all were, shall we say, cleaned out, in a big way. Won't be doing that again unless I actually HAVE a parasite. Ugh.
