OK here it goes...I'm in!

I am starting tonight, and going through December 29th! I have tried going "Paleo" before, and fallen off the wagon over and over. My weakness is dairy- yogurt, cheese, I just love it! And alcohol, that is a tough one for me too because I enjoy a glass of red wine just about every night, and the occasional mixed drink. I am a fitness instructor, I work out about 3-4 times per week on my own with Crossfit or a long run followed by hill sprints. weigh 140 lbs and 5'4" and my body fat is 20.3% right now. I am not happy with those numbers. I am pre-diabetic (hereditary), have had gestational diabetes before. Also, I am teaching classes 2-3 times per week during which I get some more exercise in. With all that said, this is still a struggle for me (my diet) because I just love food! But I am going to give this 100% this time, I really really need to. Wish me luck!
