Christina Maniaci Tyner Posted May 20, 2012 Share Posted May 20, 2012 I am excited for these 30 days. I have recently been diagnosed with GERD and I am miserable. Out of frustration I have been eating things that are making it worse. I have finally said enough is enough and I am going to get the whole family eating better and healthier. I do not want my child growing up having these ailments due to an unhealthy diet when they are so easily avoided with clean natural unprocessed food. REAL FOOD!
