Day 1...Need to heal the body ASAP!

I am excited for these 30 days. I have recently been diagnosed with GERD and I am miserable. Out of frustration I have been eating things that are making it worse. I have finally said enough is enough and I am going to get the whole family eating better and healthier. I do not want my child growing up having these ailments due to an unhealthy diet when they are so easily avoided with clean natural unprocessed food. REAL FOOD!

Breakfast: Broccoli with 6 egg whites

Hi Christina! Good luck on your Whole30. Make sure you update us with your daily meals, it really helps with accountability! The first week may be tough but you'll get through it and be so glad you're putting in the effort to make healthy changes to your mind and body!
