Ayla2010
Hi all, what are some of your favourite things to cook with ground beef that your children will eat? We often have burger or tacos with it (minus bread and tacos of course). But I want to try something new. Meat balls don't seem to go down well. habitualpurpose
Do they tolerate spice at all? My kids love Well Fed's chocolate chili which isn't too too spicey.
Alana in Canada
We love well-fed's cottage flower pie. http://www.theclothesmakethegirl.com/2010/12/28/paleo-comfort-food-cottage-flower-pie/ There's also the "chili" recipe in ISWF. They request that one, actually.
Tracy R.
My kids like fried cabbage and ground beef. I shred green cabbage and cook in a little coconut oil with a splash of apple cider vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Add the ground beef from well fed or ISWF to it and mix together.
Tracy R.
They also like it stuffed into zucchini boats, seasoned with tomato sauce and spices. Like pizza sauce.
