Swelling

I’m not sure that this is the right place to share this, but I couldn’t figure out which forum would be the most appropriate to share a really fantastic result of my Whole 30 so far. 

For or at least the last 10 years, I’ve dealt with chronic swelling of my ankles. Regardless of how much I cut down salt or carbs (did both for extended time periods) the swelling, think “candles” was always present, even if swelling and bloat elsewhere was minimized. 

Well, I’m on day 26, and I suddenly noticed that the swelling in my ankles is completing gone - and I’m not restricting carbs OR sodium, I’m eating both more liberally than I have in years. To me, this is a sign that good things and balance are starting to really take place in my body!
