Breezygoat Posted December 8, 2012 Share Posted December 8, 2012 Coconut milk in coffee is a source of bliss for me. The taste and texture just give me the warm fuzzies! Coconut milk has been a huge help in getting past carb cravings (mostly for chips.). The satisfaction I get from the fat makes my body quit sending the "eat carbs NOW dang it!" signals.
