Overeating?

I was craving peanut butter so when I went to the store today, I bought some totally compliant almond butter. To my surprise it was DELICIOUS! Almost too delicious because before I realized it, I had probably 3-4 servings! I think it was because I had left my lunch at home and didn't eat since breakfast but anyways, should I start over my whole30? I'm on day 6 btw.

I wouldn't say start over but I would say you have some work to do. Forgetting your lunch is something you just can't do. It simply isn't the spirit of the plan. Also, you may want to ditch nut butters if they pose a problem for you. I say learn from it, frame it and move on. :)
