kirbz
I also love Paleo Running Momma! She recently posted a new brussel sprouts recipe that I haven't yet tried but looks absolutely delightful: https://www.paleorunningmomma.com/chicken-brussels-sprouts-bacon-whole30-paleo/. T2Andrew
Last night I roasted some veggies - brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, and carrots. After mixing with olive oil and spread out on the baking sheet, I sprinkled on various herbs, pepper, and cinnamon. Superb! Enough for dinner and this morning's breakfast! Bellmaestra
Brussels Sprouts are amazing tossed in olive oil and roasted on a sheet pan at 400F for 20-ish minutes. Nothing wrong with adding a little bacon of course, but they are great on their own.
T2Andrew
Seperate a bunch of the skin pieces and roast them as well to make Brussels chips!
