Brussels Sprouts

Last night I roasted some veggies - brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, and carrots.  After mixing with olive oil and spread out on the baking sheet, I sprinkled on various herbs, pepper, and cinnamon.  Superb!  Enough for dinner and this morning's breakfast!
