Day 6 with very loose stool, how can I firm up?

It's hard for us to tell you what to do 'differently' when there is no specificity around what you've been doing, however bowel issues during the first week when you're detoxing are reasonably normal.

Starchy carbs can firm things up in most cases... potato, plantain, winter squash
