Day 15- Struggling

Today is Day 15!  Which is so great! I'm really proud of myself for sticking with it and eating clean for over two weeks! But I'm also feeling reallly over right about now. I'm at the point where I'm feeling like a glass of wine with dinner wouldn't kill me-- but honestly I want an entire birthday cake. 

I'm also worried that my sugar craving is never going to go away. If I want sugar now, what's going to happen when I can eat it again?

Any tips??

By day 15, your cravings really should be less noticeable. Are you making all your meals match the meal template? Are they keeping you satisfied for 4-5 hours? How much fruit ate you eating, and are you having fruit when you want something sweet? (A better option when you're wanting something sweet is either to have no food and just distract yourself with some activity if you're not hungry, or if you are hungry to have something not sweet, like some olives, a hard boiled egg, some veggies with avocado or mayo or ranch dip.)
