I'm they type of person that will usually read a nutrition book then say...yeaaa sounds good but I'll tweak it and do it my way because I know better. perhaps that's why nothing seemed to work for me!! So, I thought I'd do the whole 30 to the letter....and I have so far...I was eating a fairly paleo food plan but was making a lot of healthy treats. The things I've noticed....amazing energy, sleeping without waking up...good endurance in my workouts!!! My skin is glowing and I can't handle more than my one black coffee because I guess I don't need it!!! I'm interested to do my weight and measurements...everyone is saying how great I look....and dare I say I even have less visible wrinkles...who needs botox? So, what now? I think I'll start another whole 30 I'm keeping myself interested by preparing foods I've not eaten from all the great recipes here and of course the continuing feeling of optimal health!!
