aliciahageman Posted May 21, 2012 Share Posted May 21, 2012 I am nervous and excited to start the challenge today. My name is Alicia and I am 28 years old, 5'3, 140 pounds. I weigh more now than I ever have (aside from my pregnancies). I work out 4-5 days a week, eat healthy, and my body is not changing. SOMETHING HAS GOT TO GIVE!!! That's why I'm here. I hope that going through these next 30 days will help my body get back on track and start working the way it should...and yes, I hope to lose significant weight as well!!! I am 29 years old, and have 5 children, two of which are 9 month old twins. And I am struggling to lose the weight that {they} forced on my body!! I recently joined my local Crossfit gym, and am loving the new challenges it presents on a daily basis! I hope that this challenge would help curb my major sugar cravings, and my snack attacks!
