First Timer Starting today, 10/31!

Hi everyone! I just started my Whole 30 today. I spent hours researching whole 30, looking up recipes and meal planning, making a grocery list, and actually cooking! I am excited to make this lifestyle change but also nervous for what lies ahead.  My main motivations are: lose weight, improve my energy levels and health, sleep better at night, and overall be happier.  I am nervous about cravings for carbs and sugar, feeling full and satisfied, and keeping up with food prepping. I am hoping I have the willpower to withstand all the sugary snacks and drinks in the office kitchens at work and not give into temptation.  Any tips or tricks are appreciated for this newbie!
