Tuna question again

October 31st was my start date so I'm a newbie. Doing just fine on day 6  until I made a perfect protein salad for lunch today from canned tuna, ate it (yum), THEN read the label in closer detail. The vegetable broth contains carrots and yellow peas!  I had soy on my brain when looking for compliant "water" packed tuna and totally missed the fact that peas are off program. Is this considered grounds for starting over?!
