B: 4 scrambled eggs, salt, pepper, spoon of sambal, small bunch of grilled asparagus. Coffee with 2 teaspoons of collagen, 1 teaspoon of gelatin, splash of boxed activated almond milk.

Drinks: Coffee with almond milk, cup of strong raspberry tea.
