DeniseOC
I'm on Day 23 and have seen so many benefits! Clearer thinking and more overall energy, but one thing I can't shake is leg fatigue. I don't remember having this before Whole30When I ride my mountain bike up the hills my legs have less power. I don't feel I can run through it. I read to eat more fruits and potatoes. This hasn't helped my leg fatigue.
Moderators ultrarunnergirl Posted November 9, 2017 Moderators Share Posted November 9, 2017 The fat adapting process can take some time. Hang in there! Eating more carb dense veggies (and eating pre and or post workout meals) will help - eat as a regular thing at least once a day. You may feel differently than before if you were used to a sugar-fueled workout. Experiment with what you eat in the days leading up to and the hours leading up to your workouts.
