Should I be feeling worse?

Hey, Everyone! I'm only on Day 3, but I was prepared to feel bad. And ... I don't. I've been good, just having trouble sometimes eating this much food. I'm enjoying the meals, sleeping as well as previously, not angry, not tired, not wanting to Eat All The Things ... am I doing something wrong lol? I was pretty close to Paleo before this, so maybe I just didn't have as much to clean out of my system ... ???

Good to hear, Andrew! I was already off sugar and gluten. I did have cottage cheese sometimes, and honey or maple syrup on occasion. Rarely legumes. So this isn't a big change. High 5 to you for breezing through!
