Jorda Posted November 7, 2017 Share Posted November 7, 2017 Hey, Everyone! I'm only on Day 3, but I was prepared to feel bad. And ... I don't. I've been good, just having trouble sometimes eating this much food. I'm enjoying the meals, sleeping as well as previously, not angry, not tired, not wanting to Eat All The Things ... am I doing something wrong lol? Jorda Posted November 7, 2017 Author Share Posted November 7, 2017 Good to hear, Andrew! I was already off sugar and gluten. I did have cottage cheese sometimes, and honey or maple syrup on occasion.
