Robin Strathdee
You sure can, as long as your tea doesn't contain any off-plan ingredients like soy lecithin and stevia leaf
MJam
yessum, just read the labels...I have found teas to be hit and miss with creepies...all but one Celestial Seasonings herbal fruit teas I could find had soy in it...also lots have artificial flavourings but I have quite a few compliant ones and thank goodness because the husband and I are drinking looooooots of teas. Susan W
You can even have a reasonable amount of caffein. I gave caffein up about 3-4 weeks ago. Had a cup today. Voting it back off the island. I did not like how I felt.
Jo Ferris
if your store has a "natural" foods section... take a peek there, most of the organic and herbal medicinal teas are good... some do have stevia in them but a lot don't as with all things in this program... read read read labels! i think it was silk I was chatting with in another thread who gets pure loose leaf teas ... I'm thinking that may be a way to go too, much less hassle with figuring out what they all put in the bag!
