January will be my first Whole30 and I'm trying to get a bit organised.

After my 2nd child 10months ago, I was diagnosed with post natal depression; near constant crying, horrendous mood swings, incredibly low feelings,you get the picture. I am just checking that I continue with the meds whilst following the program as I thought the whole point was to reset your body??

Also does anyone have any tips on foods to eat during cravings.

Yes, like everyone said - keep your meds until you and your doctor decide together to change things.

Also, make sure you get plenty of carbohydrates, especially the starchies like sweet potatoes/yams, pumpkin, squash, carrots, beets, etc.

Congratulations on your little one! Know that we're with you during this process.
