Kaleidoscope Posted February 4, 2017 Share Posted February 4, 2017 I'm a week into my whole30 and I'm having a hard time sleeping (not getting tired) and I'm having infrequent bowel movements (mostly nonexistent). I just upped my intake of starchy foods hoping it would help, and I ordered a giant container of Natural Calm. I'm happy this thread was here, otherwise I would have never discovered Natural Calm or the fact that I may have needed more magnesium in my diet in the first place. Thanks!
