Repti99 Posted November 19, 2017 Share Posted November 19, 2017 Hi everyone! I’m on Day 21 of my Whole30 and I’m trying to plan ahead I’m a little confused about Reintroduction. Aftet the 2 day evolution period (if all goes well) can you add that food group? Or should you wait until your reintroduction is over completely before mixing food groups? Thanks for the help! T2Andrew Posted November 19, 2017 Share Posted November 19, 2017 After a food item is tested, good or bad, it is then off the menu until the end of the entire re-intro.
