MJam
I am wondering if my fish oil pills are compliant....Mods I am looking at you for a cut and dry answer. I gave them up for my Whole30 because Dr.Google didn't give me enough information to give me a definitive answer as to whether they were good to go and my motto is when in doubt leave it out....so I did just that. But now deciding to do a Whole100 I would love to reintroduce these *IF* they are compliant so without further ado, the ingredients list. Non-medicinal ingredients: Gelatin, glycerin, purified water and aqueous coating solution. linky poo.... http://www.genuinehealth.com/o3mega.html Good to go? or Oh no no! Moderators Tom Denham Posted December 25, 2012 Moderators Share Posted December 25, 2012 I don't like glycerin, which is kind of like sugar, and "aqueous coating solution" is unknown, but I hate to say no no no. I'd probably use what you have, but buy new product from SFH when the time comes... http://www.strongerfasterhealthier.com/products/omega_3-oil
MJam
Thanks Tom! I used up the last of them before my Whole30 started because I had the suspicion that they were not good to go. I like to take an omega3 supplement because I don't eat a ton of fish being totally land locked for thousands of kilometres in every direction so I will check out the one that you posted. Thanks so much, I appreciate it.
