Fulco Posted November 24, 2017 Share Posted November 24, 2017 Today is Day 1 of a new Journey for the wife and me! We wanted to put this right between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Hoping to get some new habits that will help me with some health conditions. My wife is along for the ride and going to be my support. Thanks for all the information on here. It has made the decision and planning much more accessible. Today's food was delicious, and then we went on a hike. Here's hoping we can be honest with ourselves and keep this up the entire time.
