Im tiffany and ive been hearing  A lot about whole 30 for a while now… Since July I have lost 26 pounds counting calories alone… I’ve started exercising but I haven’t quite caught into the habit of it and I just recently purchased this book the other day.  a friend of mine suggested  it and ive been hooked on it for the last few days. I know the book says not to start whole 30 during the holidays  but once I get past my birthday on the 11th and then Christmas party on the 16th I think I’m good to go… So if anybody has any tips I’m all ears . ^.^ cant wait to start and get into some better habits
