Whole30 Shopping List for Pescetarians

I’m on day 3 of my first Whole30 and I’m feeling great!

However, I’ve been seeing some mixed messages on what I can and cannot eat as a pescatarian on the Whole30. Are legumes and tempeh allowed for the vegetarian Whole30?

Also, I’m feeling a little overwhelmed with all of the meal preparation. I’m not the most confident cook. Does anyone have some super simple recipes?

The vegetarian Whole30 is not a true Whole30 -- the exceptions for legumes and tempeh and other non-Whole30 foods are a compromise to allow vegetarians to get enough protein. If you will eat any animal protein, like fish, it's really best to do a true Whole30, without any legumes or dairy or other exceptions.

Thank you for the recipes! I think having leftovers on hand will be the key to conquering my meal preparation woes.

Also, thanks for setting me straight on the vegetarian vs. pescetarian Whole30. Since I eat fish and eggs, I'm feeling confident that I can make it through without any legumes, dairy, or tempeh.

I did a bit more investigating last night, and I found the Whole30 shopping list for pescetarians:)
