starting on Friday Dec 1st

Hi All;

I need to change my eating habits asap! I can feel my weight creeping up to even a higher level due to poor eating habits (on the go eating or snacking) and inactivity.  I work shifts so I tend to just grab what is easy and handy as I am usually sleep deprived! I need structure and encouragement to make this succeed. I'm starting on Dec 1st because in my work week Friday is my sunday and pay day! So I will be grocery and meal planning until then.
