But scared to lose my (now) good habits and fall into my bad, old ones. But I do miss grains and dairy, and red wine. Oh, and dark chocolate. I hope to be able to indulge in those faves but not as much as I used to; I'd like to keep Whole30 as my baseline. By the way, that picture looks so yummy! What recipe is it?
