hahuston
...and I'm starting tomorrow, 12/27. I let a whole bunch of sugar back in throughout the month of December, than I chose to chow on all kinds of foods that I know are problems for me. In less than one month, I'm up 10lbs and one dress size. I am shocked at how sensitive my body is to sugars, even natural sugars. As far as dairy and grains, there are several reasons they are problems. Now I'm paying for it. I'm ready to feel better. I'm ready to get my body back. I'm ready to regain my energy. Fortunately, this isn't my first Whole30. I'll feel better in a couple of weeks. It might take a bit longer to lose the dress size, but that's okay. Colleen Roy
Right there with you! We finished our whole 30 at the end of July and have tried to be more compliant than not since then, but the last two months have been horrible! Mind you, they were no where near as horrible as holiday months of past years, but my goodness, do I feel like garbage!!! Made myself a huge skillet of sweet potato, onion, spinach and sausage hash this morning- first hash in about three weeks! Had my two eggs with it and feel good! Though, I did blow it while cleaning up the kitchen before breakfast, and mindlessly at two home made caramels! Damn you sugar dragon! I threw the rest away. Shhhhhhh, don't tell my MIL! :-) So, good luck to you as you get back to healthy!
