Preparing for Whole30

Yes - I found planning and preparing very beneficial to a successful 30 days on the the program.  I even cooked for the freezer ahead of time so I wouldn't have any excuse not to eat properly.  Also spent plenty of time purging the pantry and restocking with the right stuff.  And curating an appropriate recipe collection.  Oh my goodness, that was/is the most fun.

I'm on day 62 now and feeling really good.  First time eating out was last Saturday.  I did the best I could with their Cobb Salad and didn't have any noticeable negative gut problems.  So I'm happy with my progress.

Stay focused Mikey.  I'm pretty sure you won't regret it.
