Semolina (couscous) for the non-gluten grain introduction?

Can't remember which day of re-intro it is (depends on the slow roll or fast track...day 10? day 7?),when you can reintroduce white rice or quinoa, is semolina (couscous) allowed as a non-gluten grain that day? And when can we reintroduce sugar?

Really? In the Whole30 book, there's the 14-day and then I found the fast track 10-day somewhere on the Whole30 site. Anyway, thx for this, Andrew!

The re-intro schedules you refer to are the W30 sample templates for 4 food categories with two days of baseline between.  Some people add more, such as alcohol or sugar.  Some prefer to not re-intro a suggested item because they already know its effect or have decided they won't miss it.  The order the book lists is supposed to be something like least unhealthy to most unhealthy, but they say to design your schedule to your own desires an  preferences.

For my re-intro, I'm breaking it down even further over 6 or 7 weeks.  I'm allowing longer consume and reset intervals and testing individual foods of a same group.
