Trigirl 262
I made the Whole30 mayo today which came out great and it made a lot. I didn't see any info as to how much you should use per serving and how much per day? Thanks!
Administrators ladyshanny Posted December 11, 2017 Administrators Share Posted December 11, 2017 Mayo would be considered like a liquid fat....around 1-2 thumbs per meal if that is your only fat source. No limit on usage per day, only to try and vary your fat sources over the course of your program.
Trigirl 262
Thanks for the info! I don't typically use mayo ( if I ever did, it was TJ's dairy free, egg free, low fat) and thought I would try the Whole30 mayo to alternate with 1/2 avocado. I have normally used mustard to avoid the extra fat but good to know that I can use the homemade version which is acceptable.

Excellent on pork chops. Or anything really
ElizabethG
Mayo is awesome! Great for quick meals like tuna or chicken salad. I also like to mix mine with compliant salsa to but on top of my eggs in the morning.
