Yeah, I need to train a little smarter, not necessarily harder. Eating to support my activity level can be a little tricky without calorie counting, but I did adjust a little and have been happier this week.

Today is day 30! Congrats to everyone who has made it through :) There is a lot of this programme I will be trying to take on permanently, the extra veggies, fewer refined carbs, sugar etc.
