bmc2 Posted December 27, 2017 Share Posted December 27, 2017 Hey everyone! I'm starting a whole30 on January 1st and could not be more nervous! I am in my early 20s, live on my own, am a vegetarian, and have terrible self control. I've struggled with eating in the past and think this is a good way to get me to be conscious of what is going into my body and how it makes me feel. But I know if I don't have support from a community I will listen to the sugar-addicted voice in my head whenever I see a sweet.
