Aaaaaaand we’re off!

Whelp! It begins! On a very tight budget, with limited access to a kitchen, cold storage, or heating source, for much of the day, but I’m determined to support my sister and reclaim my own balance on this Whole 30 journey. 

Daily log is probably a good place to start. I plan to have my final treats today, clear my cupboards over the next two days (not difficult as they are nearly bare of offending foods, thankfully), and mentally prepare for daily food preparation, which is usually where I get stuck. I plan to work a lot with superfood smoothies, unsweetened outside of fruit, of course as I think this will be a key component in ensuring I’m getting enough nutrition and protein, as I follow a mainly plant-based diet. 

Monday is Day 1...
