ColtonGates
I am a gangly, 6 foot 2 inches, 155 lb, 17 year old teenage male, and I decided to do the whole 30 with my parents. I am incredibly nervous, but very excited. I have already cut out most of the sugar in my life, but i am still very reliant on grain like stuff (Oatmeal, Ezekiel bread, beans, and rice), and i definitely do not eat enough vegetables. I am a very dedicated long distance runner and run 6 times a week totally 40 miles (pace is usually from 6:15-6:45) and also i go to the gym 3 times a week to lift. I am going to start the whole 30 on January first. I already know that i will struggle to stay full and to not lose weight. I already eat a ridiculous amount of food, and i don't now how i could possibly be full on the whole 30 diet. I am currently in my off-season, but my training regiment will begin to increase on day 10 of the whole thirty. If you have any personal experiences that will help me please share. I am also looking for any specific tips or advice to help me stay full and to not lose weight if possible (i am willing to eat anything that will help me become a better athlete). Please help.
