Bullet proof coffee

Can I have bulletproof coffee in the morning? I usually make prepare it with grass fed butter, refined organic coconut oil & grass fed collagen peptides (NO SWEETENERS) can I replace ghee for the butter, or just use coconut oil & collagen? And can this work as a breakfast as the collagen adds 10+ grams of protein, when I’m on the run? Help, before I start #januarywhole30

Yes, you can have bullet proof coffee as long as the ingredients you're putting in it are okay, however no this cannot stand as breakfast.  The recommendation is 3 template meals of protein, veggies and fat, the first eaten within an hour of waking and each subsequent meal 4-5 hours apart.  Liquid 'food' such as bullet proof coffee and smoothies digest at a much faster rate and hold no fibre which screws around with satiety signals.
