Indian recipe using ground lamb

grate a 1-2inch piece of fresh peeled ginger

4 crushed or minced garlic cloves

sautee these in 2-3 Tbs of coconut oil.

when they brown a bit, add 1lb of ground lamb

then add your spice mix to the pan:

2 tsp of garam masala

1 tsp of ground cumin

1/2 tsp turmeric

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

1/2 green chili (optional - but adds great flavor!)

1/2 tsp salt

ground pepper

cook uncovered until the meat is cook through, then squeeze a half of lemon (1-2tsp) over it before serving it up. yum!
