Pink_polkadot
I really want to try Whole 30. But I have a bunch of allergies, so I'm just wondering if I can still eat enough variety on the program. I am allergic to eggs, avocados, all nuts, and a whole bunch of fruits and veggies. So, I guess I would just eat a meat (no allergies there), a fat like olive oil, and one of the few veggies I can have, at each meal?

Yep, meat or fish/shellfish for protein, fats like olives, olive oil, animal fat, mayo and a plate full of veggies.
