Brian C.
So, I've seen a few recipes for sausage gravy and cream soup recipes made with Nutpods. Wouldn't this be considered SWYPO? I'm just curious because I'm pretty sure the gravy would be for me. Wondering how others feel about it.
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted January 3, 2018 Moderators Share Posted January 3, 2018 There are some things that are so nearly universally SWYPO that they're specifically called out in the rules, like pancakes and baked goods. There are other things that may be SWYPO for some people and not others. A big part of Whole30 is taking responsibility for your food choices, so if you realize something is not going to be healthy *for you* you should leave that out of your diet during your Whole30. I personally would need to leave these recipes out of my Whole30, because while they might be a great way for some people to occasionally change things up, I'm afraid if they really taste like a halfway decent cream gravy, I'd be putting it on everything, all month, and that probably isn't really very healthy.
