Serenity Jenny
I have started whole 30 today. I have recently realized that every physical symptom I have had for the past 20 years is related to cysts on my ovaries! I am starting today praying for a complete hormone reset and relief of all symptoms. All support appreciated!
LoriBeth
I have PCOS too and I’m starting in the morning! I’m so worried I won’t stick to it but I’m going to try good luck!
cr89
Hi Ladies! I too am doing the January Whole30. I started 1/2/18 so I am on my second day. I am doing the Whole30 because of my PCOS and Diabetes T2. I have attempted the Whole30 in the past but have not made it more than a week due to the headaches, likely caused from withdrawal of carbs, sugars and various chemicals in processed foods. However, I am determined to push through and past the headaches this time! This girls needs to makes some changes in her life, after all, I'm not getting any younger!
