Whole30 Approved Brands // Compliant Tree Nuts // Pescetarian Suggestions

Recommended Posts

I am starting Whole30, and looking for suggestions on:

  1. Whole30 approved brands for things like salad dressing, almond butter, almond milk/creamer, etc.
  2. Tree nuts that are Whole30 compliant for snacking
  3. Pescetarian-friendly foods, snacks, recipes, etc.

Thank you in advance!

Have you looked around the site at all?  There's a section on the top of this view called 'Whole30 approved' which is companies that are specifically endorsed and allowed to carry the Whole30 logo on their packaging.  Every other product you just have to read the label and see if the ingredients are compliant to the rules.

Any nut (peanuts are not nuts) is compliant as long as the ingredients are compliant altho we really recommend limiting nuts to maybe 6-7 almonds (for example) every other day... you shouldn't need to 'snack' if you're making your meals according to the template.

Fish, eggs, veggies, fats.  you can either make up recipes, google Whole30 fish recipes, eat 'hot and cold plate' meals like just tuna salad and cucumbers for instance...

Take a look around the site in the cooking and recipes section, there is a lot of conversation there that's a resource for you to use rather than us writing it all out again :)
