First time, day 2, and excited for change

My amazing husband volunteered to do this with me, so we read the book (and re-read parts), we've been cooking our tails off the last couple days (the red bell pepper mayo is AMAZING!), and we're on track!  I'm doing this because of digestive/migraine/health reasons - I just want to feel good and I believe my diet/nutrition is the key.  I eat pretty well, usually, but still, I'm having problems.  So, it's time to figure out just WHAT is causing those problems.  I've chosen to go without coffee for these 30 days, as well, and I can say it's the thing I miss most - but it's just 30 (40) days, right?  :)
