Starting January 22nd

Between a week-long vacation to Florida and an overnight to NYC this month, I pushed back my start date to 1/22 to set myself up in the most positive way.  Anyone else looking to start 1/22?

I've actually already started prepping during this ridiculous cold spell-yesterday I made the dairy-free/Whole30 clam chowder and put 3 servings in the freezer.  Today I'm making a compliant broccoli soup, and chicken "sausage" patties.  We have a food saver, so I also just bought a bunch of chicken breast that's currently on sale for $1.69 and froze it up in small packages.

My husband and I are starting on the 22nd, officially. I've been "practicing" the past two weeks. That only means that I've been trying out recipes that I hope that he will eat. I have to admit that I have not given up my dark chocolate yet. But I will. I promise.
