First timer! Started January 3rd! No energy today!

Started the program on January 3rd. So I'm on day 4! This is a little harder than I thought! I feel like a limp noodle today! I've read this is normal. 

I'm 41 years old and my trainer urged me to do this because I've been working out for about 3 months and I haven't lost any weight. I blamed it on menapause but in actuality it's probably the wine and pizza! 

It is hard but I think something finally clicked because I haven't cheated yet and I've had plenty of opportunity to do it! Cutting back wasn't working for me. I think the whole rule thing is gonna be good! I'm mourning the wine and pizza but I know I can do this!!
