I agree with Jager, I think the reintro planning can help. I'm a week away from the end of my Whole30, and right now planning for reintro is really helping me with my post-program food anxiety. Bringing foods back in slowly instead of binging or being overwhelmed by choices is really helping me focus at the moment.

The sky's the limit for what you can do.  You proved to everyone and especially yourself that you can do what you set your mind on.

Let me tell you.  Yesterday, the struggle was real!  I wanted to eat “all the things” all day long!  I was so surprised.  I have done very well and day 29 kicked my butt. I survived, but it was the toughest day on Whole30 by far!

I guess Whole30 had to give me one last lesson in cravings and trigger foods.  I ended up going for a long walk that evening.  It seemed to do the trick of curbing my appetite. 

Today is packed with things to do, so I’m feeling confident that I will finish strong. I won’t have time to think about doing otherwise.  

I will check in tomorrow morning with how my last day went.

Thanks again guys for being such wonderful cheerleaders!  It has meant so much!
